Here’s the translation for the video!

Narrator:

The tape contains almost an hours length story told by the five year old girl.

With her fathers active questioning, the girl told him about everything that she had gone through in detail

How strangers bathed her, licked her, lotioned her in their cream, she even demonstrated the positions which she was asked to take.

(What the father then says is incomprihensible. for me atleast. But its nothing important, the girl then repeats the fact that she is holding the penis. The camera then switches to another scene and the father continues his questioning.)

Father: Did he do this often?

Girl: yes

Father: Did your mother see all of this?

Girl: yes, she saw

Narrator:

The five year old said that not only she, but also her eight year old cousin was abused.

The orgies would partake even during the day of her christening.

Appearantly, her mother knew about the sick events, yet told her not to tell anyone.

During the shocking story, the five-year-old girl named three names.

One of them was a politician and her god-father Andrius Ūsas, the other- a judge in Kaunas, now killed, Jonas Furmanavičius.

Narrator:

The father of the girl sent this video tape and a letter to over 200 addresses; to politicians, members of parlament, journalists, political parties, even to childrens rights specialists.

He had also translated the tape into English, as he was planning to send 300 more copies to politicians abroad and the media of the EU.

This is simply the very last civilized way to achieve any results. Being that those abominations pedophiles would be punished.

The prosecutors of Kaunas are doing nothing for a year now; neither Betingis, Kiursinas, Civinskaite or Rociene. They are all just as much of criminals as those pedophiles.

Narrator:

This horrifying story that soared through all of Lithuania, first surfaced when the couple, Drasius Kedys and Laima Stankunaite, took separate paths and began fighting over the rights to their five year old daughter.

At first, the girl lived with her mother, then, by decision of the court- with her father.

The scandal of pedophilia only first became a public issue once the parents began to fight over who their daughter was to live with.

The girls mother during January this year, said that she had turned to Viktoras Muntianas assistant Andrius Ūsas for help. She wanted to have her daughter returned although she was, by the decision of court, living with her father.

Mother:

I brought this to many institutions, but since my daughter is living in Kaunas I foremost brought it to Kaunas Services of Childrens Rights.

And there I went toumm [laughs] Now Im afraid to mix up, but I think it was either the second or third floor.

There I met a few representatives that consulted me and directed me to Andrius Ūsas, whom apparently could help and consult me about this situation.

Andrius Ūsas:

I realized from the story and later on from the written version that this was really unjust. Especially when it was very closely related to the law enforcement of Kaunas.

So I just made a humanly decision to help seeing a persons tears.

Narrator:

Andrius Ūsas says he was accused of pedophilism after agreeing to help a mother whom cannot get her daughter back. Apparantly, Kedys accused him of psychological violence and the molestation of his young daughter.

Drasius Kedys brought the accusation of sexual abuse to the officials of Kaunas last year, during Autumn.

Reacting to Kedys accusations, the legal services began investigating.

The case was opened the 30th of November last year, though suspicions were only presented in the end of December.

Obviously there is a basis for our suspicions, but whether he is guilty or not that we cannot say. An investigation is being conducted at the moment.

Narrator:

Andrius Ūsas says that Kedys is after vengeance and that his accusations are baseless.

This is nothing but a well planned act of vengeance for my representation of the mothers and daughters interests in a case.

A few years back I became a representative in this case in order for the mother and daughter to meet each other after half a year.

This case is still not closed and was investigated by Kaunas environs and Kaunas district prosecuting departments.

Woman:

In order to avoid a possibly jug-handled investigation, the investigation has now been appointed to Vilnius district prosecuting department by Prosecutor General’s Office.

The public procurators are not giving anymore information on the investigation.

The criminal penal code foresees up to two years of imprisonment for this illegal activity.

While this infamous case would travel from one prosecuting departments to another, the girls father, as is suspected, could have taken matters into his own hands.

He was constantly angered with how this case was being lingered to no avail and yet the molesters that his daughter had named still remain unpunished.
